I am a certified yoga therapist, advanced level myofascial trainer, and yoga teacher focused on supporting people to move safely, improve strength and mobility, breath better, and feel better.
I have experience working with people facing a variety of issues such as herniated discs, osteoarthritis, menopause, IBS, high blood pressure, stroke, auto-immune disease, diabetes, anxiety and grief.
My approach is to meet people where they are, respecting their abilities, boundaries, and past experiences.
I offer one-on-one instruction, group classes, and yoga for corporate retreats and team building.
