Stay active, independent, and confident in your body.

Your body has started to feel different—stiffer, less steady, or harder to trust—this is normal and you are not alone. Many women begin to notice ongoing aches, recurring injuries, or changes in strength and balance, and worry about losing the ability to do the things they love.

My work is here to support a different path. One that allows you to feel good as you age.

Improve strength, mobility and balance

Movement for Healthy Aging

Through personalized, thoughtful movement, I help you build strength, improve mobility, and feel more at ease in your body so you can keep living life on your terms—so everyday movements like walking, getting up and down, or staying active feel easier and more comfortable again.

After a free consultation to discuss your goals and history, I offer tailored private sessions that focus on movement, breath work, and stress management—supporting your body whether you’re dealing with stiffness, recurring discomfort, or simply want to stay strong and mobile as you age. When it’s relevant, we can also incorporate simple lifestyle and nutrition support as part of your overall program. The final program is developed collaboratively, and can change with time as your needs change.

Your Movement Teacher

Hi, I’m Julie

I help women 50+ improve mobility, strength, and balance so they can stay active and independent as they age. I am a certified yoga therapist, FAMO Fascia Movement Trainer, and yoga teacher with a PhD in Human Nutrition. My approach is grounded in science and practical movement strategies, helping my clients move with ease and confidence instead of feeling stiff, weak, or restricted.

My philosophy is rooted in adapting movement to the individual
—rather than forcing the body into a one-size-fits-all pose. I believe in working without pain and using evidence-based methods to support the body’s natural ability to move well at any age.

I cannot recommend Julie highly enough. I was struggling with severe plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis in both feet, along with chronic tightness throughout my body. I genuinely feared a future of limited mobility and potential disability.

I am still a work in progress, but thanks to Julie, I have drastically improved. More importantly, I am hopeful again. I can see and feel a path toward a healthy, active life—a future I didn’t think was possible just a few months ago.
